Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to lead complex initiatives, develop statewide programs, and bring together public, private, and nonprofit partners to create meaningful change.

As the founder of the Idaho Veterans Chamber of Commerce, I helped build one of the first comprehensive navigation service models supporting veterans and their families through education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, housing resources, and wellness support.

Maximize Solutions Consulting & Coaching was created to help organizations do exactly that—identify gaps, strengthen systems, and build sustainable paths forward through strategic planning, operational leadership, and collaborative problem solving.

Dr. Mindi Anderson, DrHA, ADC
Mindi has a long-standing reputation in developing, growing, and leading dynamic teams within her military, civilian and non-profit career. She is a disciplined 22+ year military leader focused on opportunities to grow and enhance teams or individuals through a diverse and inclusive lens. Mindi recently retired from the Idaho Air National Guard as the Human Resource Advisor (Chief People Officer) for the 124th Fighter Wing providing organizational development and learning to over 1,400 Airmen as a certified diversity and inclusion coaching practitioner. She served as an executive coach to 40+ executive leaders advising and assessing the culture and delivers human centered group/individual coaching, education, and training.
Mindi serves as the Founding Executive Director for the Idaho Veterans Chamber of Commerce. She created the largest Idaho Veterans Network Hub that provides navigation services and a space for collaboration of resources, opportunities, and services offered between the Idaho community and the Military Community to include veterans, military serving, and their families. Mindi serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Maximize Solutions, Consulting and Coaching where she shares her experience, knowledge, and passion to promote a healthy culture through a people centered design approach. Mindi served as a business consultant for Idaho Partners 4 Good for 6 years, where her superpower is a maximizer and strategizes supporting other non-profits, corporations and agencies to thrive and grow. She served as the President and a founding member of the Cascade Fire Community Fund. Mindi currently serves as the Cascade Chamber of Commerce Board President. She previously served as a regional area practice manager for Saint Alphonsus, Neuroscience Service Line leading a healthcare team of 75+ people across Boise, Nampa, and Oregon. She also served as a site integrator for the $4.3 billion, 10-year, MHS Genesis Department of Defense electronic medical record transition contract. Most importantly, Mindi deeply enjoys time volunteering with the Idaho Fire and EMS Systems providing EMS services, education, and training.
Mindi has a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, is a Licensed Practical Nurse and an Emergency Medical Technician. She is a certified Associate Diversity Coach through Coach Diversity Institute and Georgetown University specializing in leveraging diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence trainer through Talent Smart.
Mindi is a visionary, transformational and servant leader that will bring any one project and team to new heights focused on supporting our veteran and civilian community. She truly maximizes solutions to their full potential promoting growth and opportunities through her experience as a project manager and executive leadership positions and skills.
** Mindi’s most recent accomplishments have been her selection as one of the 2021, 2023, and 2024, Top 50 Idaho Business Women of the Year and inducted into the Circle of Excellence.
She was awarded the Woman of the Year in 2024 for Idaho as the first Veteran in the history of the award being presented over 2 decades.
